Therefore, the esteemed group is invited to declare your presence and readiness to participate in this important event by completing the pre-registration form.
Final registration will be based on the information in the pre-registration form and in the order of priority of their submission. Final registration will begin approximately one month after receiving the pre-registration.
After completing the pre-registration form, a username and password to enter the dedicated panel will be sent via SMS. It is essential to maintain this information correctly, because viewing the booth layout and receiving the pre-invoice will only be possible through the user panel.
After the booth layout is completed, additional information will be provided via SMS.
The requested area will be reviewed by the organizer’s staff, and the booth will only be assigned if space is available. Sending the form does not constitute final acceptance.
If there is sufficient space, it will be possible to increase the area at the time of final registration; however, reducing the area or withdrawing from participation is not prohibited before final registration.
